Ordering and costs

You can place an order through our text ordering, telephone ordering or credit card ordering page and the cost for these services is noted on the page where the ordering information is displayed.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
If payment is not received for an item purchased from the website, we reserve the right to seek payment.

Delivery, cancellation and payment.

Products ordered are usually delivered in under 1 minute, but delivery can be delayed, (usually by transient network conditions). If any order is delayed, other than by reason of anything to do with you, for more than 24 hours, you can, prior to delivery, cancel the order and request a refund via telephone or email.
If prior to delivery, you cancel a delayed order as above, we will at our option, refund to your credit or debit card, or by cash or cheque, or we will stop any premium rate text messages that are queued to be delivered to your handset.
No refund will be given for delay or non delivery caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by you.
It is the responsibility of the bill payer of a mobile phone to pay for any service ordered from us using that phone, the cost of which will appear item on his/her mobile phone account.
We do not provide refunds for incorrect requests or requests mistakenly sent to our automated shortcode.

You are entitled to use the ringtones, wallpaper, games and other items supplied by us only on your own mobile phone for the purposes for which we have supplied them. You agree to use them only for your own personal use and not for resale or other commercial use and you agree not to copy or otherwise duplicate or transfer any of them.

We reserve all rights to images and text contained within this website; no part of this website maybe reproduced without our written consent.

If you purchase, signup, contact us or use any of our products and services, we, or selected partners, may contact you by text, email or otherwise with information about those and other products and services. If you do not wish to receive such information, please contact us.

You are not allowed to access this site using automated access, browsing and download tools, scripts and utilities, monitoring scripts or utilities and offline browsers or programs, other than standard browsing software or recognised search engines.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your mandated statutory rights as a consumer under the Trade Practices Act and other applicable legislation.
