I often frequent movies, theatre, walks I find relaxing, and bicycle when the need is present, love fine cuisine (that may be why I exercise) and I even take ballroom dance lessons to keep current (a dance partner would be welcomed). Travel has been a constant throughout my once active career, living in four countries. Exercise occupy the early part of each day, keeping me mentally and physically fit, followed by coffee and shower, not at the same time, I’ve tried.
