Ndidi B. F. Feinberg, M.D. Dr. Ndidi Feinberg was born in Alabama and completed high school in New London, Connecticut. She received her B.S. degree in biology at the University of Maryland College Park. She received her medical degree at the University of Maryland. Dr. Feinberg then attended University of Maryland Medical Center for her Internal Medicine residency. Dr. Feinberg is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been in practice since 2003. Dr. Feinberg is a regular contributor to the Women's Journal on medical weight loss topics. Her practice is the first in Maryland to offer the Serotonin-Plus Weight Loss Program. Dr. Feinberg resides in Howard County. She is married and has two children.
